Alex founded VOID in 2019 after a decade at Wolff Olins and Interbrand. She believes most agencies are too large to care and built VOID as a direct response — small enough that every project gets the best people, not the available people.

Marco joined VOID in 2023 to build its motion practice from scratch. Previously broadcast design lead at Buck NY. He holds the studio’s belief that motion should feel inevitable, not decorative — every animation earns its place.

Nadia is the person who turns ambiguity into direction. She spent six years at Pentagram’s NYC office writing strategy before joining VOID. Her briefs are famous internally for being specific enough to constrain, loose enough to surprise.

Jonas came to VOID from a product design background at a Berlin fintech. He’s the rare person who thinks in systems and builds in code — equally comfortable in Figma or a terminal. He insists that performance and beauty are the same thing.

Sofia is the studio’s typography obsessive. She studied at ESAD Porto and worked two years in editorial design before discovering branding. Her work is dense with typographic detail most clients never consciously notice but always feel.

Luca shoots commercial and editorial work with a distinctly atmospheric point of view. He doesn’t just document a brand — he finds the image that couldn’t belong to anyone else. Clients often use his first-edit selects without change.
